The qualifications of your surgeon should be of vital importance to you. Be sure to ask him a few questions about his background and his training as a physician. Assuming that that your surgeon is reputable enough, he should have no problems answering your questions. Don't hesitate to ask about your doctor's education, his medical license, certifications, and memberships in professional societies. If you feel the need for it, you can also ask your surgeon about his specialized training in cosmetic surgery.
